Open Appointments in your account and choose the booking. Cancelling frees the slot for someone else, so please do it as early as you can.
How does the walk-in queue work?
Join a clinic's queue from its page, then wait wherever you like. Your place updates live, and we let you know when it's nearly your turn. See how it works.
How do I list my clinic?
Create a clinic account and add your details, hours and services. We review new clinics before they appear in search.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. Send us a message with the topic “Privacy and data” and tell us what you need. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
